VOTING INSTRUCTIONS
When voting, please include your name in the comments area. Most households do
not have 85 people residing in them and therefore I should not receive this many
votes from one email address or ip address. When votes are tallied, my software
will compare email addresses and the ip address your computer attaches to the
email vote. All those in excess of 5 votes will be flagged for review and
those found to be invalid due to email flooding will be eliminated.
